Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our Return Policy.

Subscription & Recurring Purchase Cancellations

If you have purchased a subscription or recurring delivery option, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next order.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled billing date.

Once a recurring order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items
