Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 1–7 business days after shipment

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Hall of Flames is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hallofflames2@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
